Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
a. 200 gr Telur
b. 250 gr Butter
330 gr Gula Pasir
250 gr Light Brown Sugar
c. 430 gr Parrot Premium Dark Chocolate Compound, Leleh
    20 gr Vanilla Extract
d. 300 gr Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang
120 gr Parrot Cocoa Powder High Fat
    10 gr Baking Powder
4 gr Sea Salt
e. 1 gr Coffee Instant Powder
f.  680 gr Parrot Premium Dark Chocolate Compound, Cincang

Method
1. Kocok bahan A hingga mengembang.
2. Kocok bahan B hingga tercampur rata.
3. Campur bahan E hingga tercampur rata.
4. Masukkan bahan A kedalam bahan B, aduk rata, tambahkan bahan C dan D, aduk hingga rata.
5. Masukkan bahan E, aduk hingga rata.
6. Masukkan bahan F, aduk hingga rata, istirahatkan adonan didalam Chiller, 1 jam.
7. Panggang dengan suhu 180’C selama 10-12 menit.
