Chocolate Crepes

Ingredients

a. 125 gr Telur
Pinch Gula Pasir
Pinch Garam
b. 167,5 gr Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang
20 gr Parrot Cocoa Powder Lo Fat
c. 375 gr Susu Cair
d. 225 gr Mentega atau Margarine
Pinch Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. Aduk bahan A, hingga larut.
  2. Tambahkan bahan B dan C secara bergantian antara bahan kering dan basah.
  3. Tambahkan bahan D, campur rata.

 

Milk Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

a. 200 gr Parrot Gold Milk Chocolate Compound
80 gr Semi Dairy Cream, Cair
b. 600 gr Semi Dairy Cream, Whipped
20 gr Gula Pasir

Method

  1. Buat Ganache dari bahan A, sisihkan
  2. Kocok bahan B hingga sedikit mengembang atau soft peak.
  3. Campur seluruh bahan menggunakan dikocok kembali hingga medium peak.

Secukupnya Parrot Chocolate Glaze
Secukupnya Strawberry & Aneka Buah
