Chocolate Chunk Linzer Cake

Ingredients

a. 300 gr Butter
300 gr Gula Pasir
b. 150 gr Telur
c. 180 gr Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang
150 gr Hazelnut Powder Roasted
150 gr Almond Powder
2 gr Baking Powder
3 gr Cinnamon Powder
d. 200 gr Chocolate Cake Crumble
300 gr Parrot Premium Dark Chocolate Compound

Method

  1. Kocok bahan A hingga tercampur rata, jangan over whip.
  2. Tambahkan bahan B, campur rata.
  3. Tambahkan bahan C, campur rata.
  4. Tambahkan bahan D, Campur rata.
  5. Panggang pada suhu 180’c di deck oven selama kurang lebih 20 menit hingga matang.
