Ogura Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 96 gr Kuning Telur
  • 72 gr Tepung Terigu Protein Sedang
  • 12 gr Parrot Cocoa Powder High Fat
  • 56 gr Sahabat Coconut Oil
  • 96 gr Susu Cair
  • Secukupnya Vanilla Extract
  • 180 gr Putih Telur
  • 108 gr Gula Pasir
  •  7 gr Cream of Tartar

Method

  1. Kocok bahan A sampai tercampur rata, sisihkan.
  2. Kocok bahan B hingga Medium Peak.
  3. Campur bahan A dan B dengan teknik memancing, hingga semua adonan tercampur rata.
  4. Tuang adonan di loyang 16 x 16 x 7 cm, oven dengan aubain marie suhu 170’C selama 70 menit atau hingga matang.
